Could we do customize, but we can't reach your MOQ, what should I do?
Under this condition, you can contact with our sales and check our recent order schedule, if we have same or similar palette is going to do mass production and you can accept, you can place a smaller order under our MOQ, we would be very glad to assist.
Can I get a sample before placing big orders?
Yes, welcome to buy sample to test first, normally for available stock samples, we could ship out within 3 days. Customize sample 7-10 days.
Is the color of the product on the web images authentic and reliable?
Based on the different color effects of different monitors, we can not guarantee that there will be no difference between the web images and the products, and it is tested differently in different skin tones, so we encourage you to purchase samples.
If got broken powders in my products.What should I do?
Generally, broken rate from 1%-3% is normal, if it is over than 3%, please send pictures in time, we will compensate at your next order.
Do you test on animals?
