    Our products are 100% Vegan and cruelty-free. We never testproducts on animals.

  • Q If got broken powders in my products.What should I do?

    Generally,broken rate from 1%-3% is normal if it is over than 3%,please send pictures in time, we will compensate at your next order.

  • Q Is the color of the product on the web images authentic and reliable?

    A

    Based on the diferent color effects of diferent monitors, we can notauarantee that there willbe no diference between the web imagesand the productsand it is tested differently in different skin tones,so we encourage you to purchase samples.

  • Q Can I get a sample before placing big orders?

    Yes, welcome to buy sample to test first, normaly for avalablestock samples, we could ship out within 3 davs. Customizesample 7-10 days.

  • Q Could we do customize, but we can't reach your MoQ, what should I do?

    Under this condition, you can contact with our sales and check ourrecent order schedule, if we have same or similar palette is goingto do massproduction and you can accept, you can place a smallerorder under our MOO, we would be very glad to assist.

  • Q Could I print my own brand/logo?

    Sure, of course, OEM printing logo/pattern is welcomed basedon M00. For other personal cusfomizations, welcome to consultus, and we willtry our bestto implement them for you.
